Returns & Refund Policy
Get a full refund if:
- Order is canceled before the item has been shipped.
- Item received is not as described.
- Item never arrived.
- Item is damaged or has stains.
- The owner gets the item back in acceptable conditions.
- Item has been returned within 48 hours from delivery date.
- No disputes have been opened or initiated against the owner.
- Original tag and price tag fastener hasn’t been cut/lost (if applied) .
Customer should get a full refund on the 2nd business day from delivery date (once owner receives the item back).
Get a partial refund if:
- You (customer) should get a partial refund A (amount paid - shipping fees - $20 Try-On fees) if the order is canceled after the item has been shipped or/and the item didn’t fit.
- You (customer) should get a partial refund B (amount paid - shipping fees - $25 ) if the order is canceled before or after the item has been shipped but you also opened a dispute with your bank or credit card issuer against me (owner) .
- Item has been returned within 24 hours from delivery date.
- The owner receives the item back in acceptable conditions.
Customer should get a partial refund on the 2nd business day from delivery date (once owner receives the item back).
No refund if:
- Item is returned after 24 hours from delivery date.
- Item is returned with stains or damage.
- Item returned is not the same.
- Original price tag fastener has been cut (if applied).
Late Return fees:
- A $50 late return fee will be applied if you (customer) ship the item back after “Return Date” of your rental agreement period.
This late fee will be charged on the next day of the “Return Date” specified on the rental agreement period, so you (customer) will have an additional 48 hours to return the item or it will be considered “a Lost Item”
Lost item or Item never returned:
You (customer) may have to pay the full retail price of the item, only in the case, the listing doesn’t show a buy it now price, otherwise, you (customer) may have to pay the buy it now price specified on the listing at the time you rented it or purchased it.
This charged (“Lost Item”), will be applied by the owner at any moment after 48 hours of the grace period (see late return fee section).
Security deposit policy
In some listings, I may require a security deposit before I ship out the dress/coat. The maximum amount of the security deposit should be no more than the “buy it now” price less the rental price.
The security deposit will be charged along with your order; if the security deposit fails, your booking will be canceled.
The security deposit less 3% (merchant fees) will be reversed from 48 to 72 hours after you return the dress/coat in the condition that you first rented it. Depending on your bank and the means of payment, it may take up to seven business days after we release the deposit for the funds to be available in your account.
All these fees are going to be deducted from the security deposit OR customer’s payment method used.
FINAL SALE POLICY
SINCE ALL SALES ARE FINAL, REFUND REQUEST SHALL BE ACCEPTED ONLY IF:
- ITEM ISN’T AS DESCRIBED
- ITEM DIDN’T ARRIVE ON TIME
THIS FINAL SALE POLICY ONLY APPLIES WHEN AN ITEM IS SOLD.
